We are a corporate concierge firm with a focus on enabling project success. The Africa we want is a number of successful projects away. We exist to drive project excellence on the continent in the march towards building the Africa we need. We do this by setting up efficient goal oriented logistical support systems for project teams. We are unfliching in our belief that we will become one of the standard bearers of excellent project management systems in Africa.
What we do.
Our specialty is catering to the logistical needs of companies undertaking soft projects in Ghana. Social impact projects, administrative system improvements, new business development etc. We offer a wide range of support: visa on arrival to Ghana, work documentation, ticketing support, on-ground transportation, accommodation (including living area management), work space, ad-hoc purchases support, project event management etc.

Project Dynamics
The team had to mobilize quickly, arriving on short notice for six-seven months’ stay. As a group, they hadn’t previously collaborated, leading to initial unfamiliarity and less cohesion. Some team members were visiting Africa for the first time, requiring special reception and support. Additionally, the team needed assistance in organizing and managing home and workspace effectively.
Scope of Engagement
Accommodation: Ensured comfortable living arrangements for project personnel.
Cars: Managed transportation needs within Accra and outside Accra on tours.
Visas: Facilitated visa processing for team members.
Purchase Support: Assisted with procurement for team members.
Office Supplies Support: Ensured a well-equipped workspace.
Housekeeping Support: Our focus here was how do we help them destress. We provided end to end housekeeping services for each team member to create a conducive atmosphere for relaxing.
Implementation Phase - 2022, February - October
Project Dynamics
An Africa focused globally dispersed venture of investors needed administrative and logistical support. Ghana had already been selected as their ground zero. Their goal was to form a legal entity in a jurisdiction that is amenable to all investors, find their first target firm for investment and partake (acquire or invest). A critical requirement was that the target firm needed to be one where the team’s strength in technology and the financial services sector could be brought to bear.
Scope of Engagement
Company Formation In Mauritius and Ghana: We undertook the due diligence to inform choice of jurisdiction for incorporation, Mauritius was finally chosen and mother entity was set up.
Vendor Recruitment and Management: The Cedar led work to recruit vendors to undertake due diligence including a law firm, a management consulting firm for commercial due diligence, an audit firm and an investment brokerage firm.
